Account Registration and Verification

Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbalee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fbalee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which adds an SMS verification step to the login process. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your fbalee account, you must notify fbalee immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. fbalee will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
fbalee is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

Deposits

Deposit transactions are processed in real time via the respective mobile wallet or banking gateway. fbalee does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fbalee accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. fbalee will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is found to have been made from a third-party payment account, fbalee reserves the right to return the deposit to its source and suspend the fbalee account pending investigation.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount on fbalee is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours of submission, subject to the completion of KYC verification. In practice, the majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during regular business hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Where a payment method change is required, additional verification may be requested.
fbalee does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own outgoing transaction fees, which are outside fbalee's control. fbalee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal requests as part of its AML compliance obligations.
Responsible Deposit Practice: fbalee provides deposit limit tools to help you manage your spending. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours. We encourage all players to use these tools proactively.

Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the following general wagering rules apply to all fbalee bonus funds:
- Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level within this period will expire and be removed from your account.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. - Maximum bet per round while a wagering requirement is active: ৳2,000. Any wager exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse
fbalee employs automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures; and using any form of software or scripted play to accelerate wagering requirements artificially. Betting and Gaming Rules
Sports Betting
All sports bets are final once confirmed. In-play bets are subject to the odds and market availability at the time the bet is accepted by fbalee's system. In the event of match abandonment or postponement, fbalee's specific sports rules for each market type shall apply.
Casino Games
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. fbalee accepts no liability for outcomes in games supplied by third-party providers. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
Live Casino
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. Decisions made by live dealers are final. In the event of a stream disconnection during a live game round, the outcome recorded by the studio system will be used as the definitive result.
Crash Games
Crash game mechanics, including Aviator by Spribe, use provably fair algorithms. The crash point for each round is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by the platform or individual players. Auto cash-out instructions are executed at the programmed multiplier.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Individual game and market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to placing a wager. fbalee reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time and without prior notice. Where a wager is placed that exceeds the permitted maximum stake, fbalee reserves the right to void the excess portion of the wager and return it to the player's wallet balance.
Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a pricing or technical error — including incorrect odds, bonus amounts, or game payouts — fbalee reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions. fbalee will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly. Where a player has knowingly exploited an obvious error to gain an unfair advantage, fbalee reserves the right to recover any funds obtained as a result and close the account.
Disconnections
fbalee is not responsible for losses arising from loss of internet connectivity on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a real-money game round, the result will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before placing wagers, particularly during live in-play sports betting where odds change rapidly.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using fbalee, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the fbalee platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your fbalee account; providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person or entity.
- Money laundering: Using fbalee to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of illegally obtained money. fbalee is required to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair collective advantage in multiplayer games, particularly poker, baccarat, or live game shows. Sharing game state information in real time with other players during a live session is prohibited.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with fbalee games or betting markets without the prior written consent of fbalee.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the fbalee platform or any game software to obtain funds or advantages not intended under normal operation.

fbalee monitors platform activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a breach is detected, fbalee will take immediate action, which may include account suspension, forfeiture of funds, permanent account closure, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. fbalee's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final, subject to the disputes process described below.

All reported violations are investigated thoroughly and impartially.
Account Suspension and Closure
fbalee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is detected or suspected; KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; fraudulent or money laundering activity is suspected; a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy; a player is found to be under 18 years of age; or a duplicate account is identified.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your fbalee account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbalee's aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fbalee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
